Bordeaux Exclusive Taste

I have been invited by Monsieur Dominique Hebrard (formerly from Château Cheval Blanc) to cook with Chef Francois Adamski from Restaurant Gabriel during a Bordeaux Exclusive Taste inFrancein June of this year. I am thrilled that I will be able to showcase to the French and other gastronomic luminaries just how South African chefs can perform on the international stage.
